London Bridge Station & Masterplan
Designs for London Bridge Station reconstruction to include Thameslink 2000 interchange HUB + air-rights development + regeneration of the London Bridge quarter. New structures to enable optimization of renewable energies up to 25%!, creation of flow diagram and new economic HUB.

Public Building
Brent Civic Centre, Wembley
Brent is an incredibly rich and diverse Borough, with a multicultural population that challenges the traditional preconceptions of how best a town hall should serve its public. The new Civic Centre, located at the heart of the new masterplan for the Wembley Regeneration Area, is envisaged to reflect this society and be able to adapt and change to meet the current and future demand of the people, economy and the environment. TP Bennett’s scheme absorbs this context and transforms the Town Hall into a new transparent environment which is truly a building for the public

New build design for a secondary school. Design proposal will be extruded alongside NEW School Curriculum, ecological strategies, extreme site constrains, BSF requirements, Media Arts Specialism.

160,000 sq ft scheme design for redevelopment of secondary schoolsFurther exploration to integrate the community into the schools and development of the collaborative corridor as an accelerator for interaction between users.

City University, Islington
A new student and consulting facility for the campus. The concept extends the student centre doubling as a marketing space as the University re-position itself in the higher education marketplace.
 
Islington Council, Crouch Hill Community Park
50,000 sq ft competition entry for new build primary school, nursery and community buildings within a park land. The scheme requires programme for dual-use; students and community where teaching and learning environments are distributed into the adjoining parkland.
 
Yorkon Health JV
Design analysis on Yorkon’s modular building components resulting in their new marketing campaign. Arrangement of tapered and straight module to enable possibilities for organic forms.

Foremarke Hall, Repton School
Invited design competition for a 3 phase new teaching facilities on an existing campus in Repton, Derbyshire.

 
Urban Design
London Bridge Masterplan
Proposals for London Bridge Masterplan regeneration will connect Tooley Street and St Thomas Street. The proposal will potentially transform the train viaduct into a linear front towards Elephant and Castle regeneration framework.

Aditum, Vosstaniya Square, St Petersburg
860,000 sq ft new build underground shopping centre linking various monuments by the main train station. The proposal includes view-cones as ‘urban samplings’ from above ground to extend public spaces to the underground mall.

Fantasy Island, Al-Reem, Abu Dhabi
Fantasy Island is a reclamation masterplan proposal off the coast of Al-Reem Island, Abu Dhabi for Tamouh LLC. The proposal, includes over ground and underwater accommodation, artificial ‘reef’ developments + scuba diving wrecks to make it a scuba diving and resort attraction for the region. Extensive greening over the island integrated with accommodation layout will give the island a unique overall experience. Facilities such as hotel, serviced residences, aqua theatre, extreme sports complex and multifunction theatre are located in clusters to achieve a natural blend between landscape and buildings.

New build scheme design for mixed use regeneration master planDesign features distribution of public/semi public spaces connecting horizontal and vertical planning.

Campus headquarters design for international competitionThe campus design features practical and careful distribution of office blocks, GREENS and renewable planning integrated with public zones with galleries for product prototypes.

BP Alternative Energy
26,000 sq ft fit-out in former County Hall with specific emphasis on sustainability and environmental issues. Competition ideas propose to exploit ethos of the company by utilizing low energy concept while creating a ‘converted warehouse’ corporate atmosphere.
 
O2 Slough Headquarters
250,000 sq ft new build and refurbishment new headquarters campus. A new link, between two existing buildings, will house the main entrance.
